Tasting notes

This vintage 2016 Champagne is made only with chardonnay grapes from the south slopes of Epernay and the Côtes de Blancs. It reveals fresh and delicate aromas of spices, white flower, ginger, and stone fruit. A rich elegant taste and a fine bubble. Straight and sharp it offers a clean refined tasted with a delicate and smooth finish. A superb, elegant Champagne to accompany a nice fish or a juicy chicken.
